Dry rub (see home page)
Kirkland pork tenderloin (1 pack - 2 pieces)
Rinse tenderloin and pat dry. Trim silver and any extra fat.
Apply rub on all sides.
Cook at 400 for 10 minutes. Flip and continue cooking at 350 for 10-15 minutes until internal temp is 140-145. It will continue to cook after reaching 140.
Let rest on cutting board for 5 minutes, then slice and serve
