One massive sweet potato cubed (or two medium)
2 cubs ham - cubed
2" of a medium onion - diced
2-3 tbs butter
2-3 tsp brown sugar
10 baby carrots - sliced
2 cups chopped broccoli
Cheese to bind ingredients
Skillet roast sweet potatos in butter until softened adding onions near end to incorporate flavor.
Add carrots and broccoli and roast until softened. Season with pepper.
Add brown sugar and more butter to form a glaze.
Add ham to warm and incorporate. When warm, cover with cheese to bind ingredients.
